There is a garden with tables and chairs and barbecue which is a stunning spot to soak up the evening sun and enjoy an al fresco drink. Inside is a roomy reception room which complements the kitchen, there is a downstairs bedroom, perfect for those with mobility issues, and three further bedrooms on the first floor. There are very few properties of this size in the centre of Newquay.

A 3-minute walk from Clifton Villa will lead you down a tarmac path to Great Western Beach and its golden sands, popular with families and surfers alike. The town centre, with its plethora of lively cafes, bars and restaurants are on your doorstep and here you can soak up the surfer lifestyle in this thriving tourist destination.
