Lovely cosy cottage in the heart of Newport Pembs.

Clydfan is a lovely, cosy cottage just off the main high street in Newport, Pembrokeshire. Originally a one up and one down stone cottage, Clydfan now enjoys a wonderful modern extension off the back featuring a contemporary kitchen and dining room with floor to ceiling glass windows and doors out on to the patio area. Back in the original building there’s a warm and cosy living room with a wood burning stove, and accessed by a small narrow stairway is the bedroom, which features a comfortable super king size bed, arm chair and clothes storage space.

The garden and patio area lead right out from the house, creating an excellent inside/outside space. With outdoor furniture, BBQ, and enclosed lawn garden, it’s a great place to relax and unwind.

The kitchen is well equipped with an oven, grill, hob, fridge, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, iron & lots more. The living room offers comfy sofas, Smart TV and a log burner. Gadgets include Free WiFi and a Bluetooth speaker.

Being in the centre of Newport, the house doesn’t have its own parking, but the car park is a stones throw from the property.

Clydfan is within a minute of the high street and all the wonderful independent shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs that Newport offers. Plus, you can walk to the beach, playground, skate park, tennis and the gorgeous Pembrokeshire Coast Path.
