The upper house lives very much like a private single family home; it is light and bright and features 5 bedrooms plus 1 loft style bedroom with twin trundle, 6 bathrooms; no detail has been overlooked in this sophisticated beach house. Complete with cathedral ceilings, French oak wood flooring throughout, wainscoting, custom beautiful built-ins. The chef's kitchen was beautifully designed with Caesarstone counters, custom cabinetry, a 48" Wolfe range, 48" Kitchen Aid refrigerator, and a pantry. Off the kitchen, a glass door opens to a private sun deck which is the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee as the ocean breeze flows by. SLP13999/SLP14000
