We enjoyed the property and the location. It was beautiful. We ran into the owner and they were kind and gracious. Being on the beach was amazing and we appreciated the availability of beach items and a place to wash sand off. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Excellent property and hosts had great communication. They made the check in and check out process extremely easy. House is right on the beach. Futher away from Newport Pier so nice and relaxing and not nearly as crowded. Excellent and large patio fit the whole family - 8 people. House had all the necessities in the kitchen, etc. My wife forgot her diamond necklace and they found it after we checked out and let us know. All in all a great weekend and I'd definitely recommend both the house and the hosts.

I don’t want to put a good review only because I wouldn’t want it to become too popular! lol we LOVED this little spot! Location was perfect all the way down to the water! We really want to bring our grand littles, they would never come in!! The beds could use a mattress topper NGL and a light dimmer option in the bedroom but listen that won’t stop us from renting again! The management team were on point and very attentive! Thank you!

Very nice place with a walk out patio that goes right to the ocean and close enough to Disneyland and Hollywood Studios without dealing with all the traffic. We had a few small issues and the support staff was all over everything immediately. Great service!

Relaxing Stay on the Beach

A wonderful place for a family vacation to relax and reconnect. Most of our time was spent at the beach very comfortable beds - we weren’t sure whether it was the day at the beach, relaxing or the beds that had a sleeping so well! Would highly recommend this property.

Mom’s Vacation

My mom is 82 and she felt this would be her last vacation and she wanted to be near the ocean. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay with this property management company’s properties again

Loved our week here

Loved our week here. More than enough room in this quaint little home for the four of us and right on a quiet beach. Management company was easy to work with and quick to respond and you can tell the home has been well maintained. Can't wait to return to Newport.

This was a great property. I slept like a baby in the Queen room, the bed was very comfortable and my daughters enjoyed the bunk beds. We live locally so we really just enjoyed the beach and patio for a couple of days.

Great spot in newport

This was our first time in Newport and we had a great time. The condo is in an awesome spot on the beach and the outdoor space is excellent. The management team was super responsive to our needs and took great care of us.

Sunset watching from the porch

Great stay right at the beach. Size of place perfect for our group of 3. We had some trouble checking in, because the door didn't automatically unlock, but the issue was resolved very quickly.
