Thoughtfully designed with high-end finishes and expansive living spaces, the home blends modern comfort with effortless coastal elegance.



The open-concept living area features a plush sofa, lounge chairs, a fireplace, and a flat-screen TV—perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. The state-of-the-art chef’s kitchen boasts premium appliances, sleek countertops, and ample space for cooking and entertaining.



Down the hall, the first guest bedroom offers a queen bed and en suite bath, while a second guest suite includes a king bed and private bathroom.
