Conveniently located to beaches, restaurants, parks, performing arts theater, South Coast Plaza, Fashion Island, Disneyland, and John Wayne Airport, this home is situated in the perfect location for a Southern California beach getaway.
Master bathroom includes a bidet and steam in the shower.
Master bedroom has a gas fireplace.
Gas fireplace in the living room.
Bathrooms are brand new, renovated Summer 2020.
Two living areas, one can be a playroom or game room.
Outdoor fire pit and BBQ (gas and charcoal with smoker).
