Please note, however, that storage space is limited and the kitchen is cozy, perfect for light meals and snacks. As a bonus, we provide two bicycles for you to explore the area and soak in the vibrant surroundings at your leisure.

Just a short stroll away, you’ll find a lovely park complete with public restrooms and basketball courts, offering a perfect spot for leisurely afternoons. Experience the enchanting allure of this Beach Escape in Newport Beach, where you can unwind in the sun and rejuvenate in your home away from home.

Absolutely one parking space is free with the rental of this beach house ( left side ). The other part of the driveway must be kept open and unused., along with ample free street parking in the neighborhood. Do bear in mind that construction is taking place nearby, so you may experience some noise, but the charm and accessibility of our location far outweigh any minor disruptions. Family wedding

We just recently stayed at this location. So disappointed. As soon as we walked in the smell of mildew/mold hit you in the face. They do not have AC, so hot days are challenging. The property is dated and the bathrooms desperately need work. The ceiling fans rattled terribly to the point that we felt the light fixture was going to fall on us while we were sleeping. The beds and pillows were uncomfortable and crammed in 2 of the rooms. Fortunately, we were in town for a wedding and our time there was only to sleep- thank God or else I would’ve left and found somewhere nicer to stay. All our belongings smell like mildew, so they need washed and sanitized. Don’t waste your money, find a better place.
