Consider this house your home away from home while you visit Newport Beach! Min 29 night rental term. This charming property is fully stocked and boasts 3 charming bedrooms - one with a king bed, one with a queen bed, and one with a full bed. Located on a corner lot, you'll have extra privacy and space, including three patios- and one with built-in seating and fire pit! This classic surf community is about 4 blocks from the beach, and also has wonderful community amenities such as a pool, tennis/pickleball, half court b-ball court, sand volleyball and a huge BBQ area! Comfortably furnished (more photos forthcoming!) , clean, and a great place to hang your hat for vacation or a short-term visit to Newport. Extras include beach cruisers, beach chairs, paddle boards, and sand toys for kiddos and adults alike!
