Upon entering, you will be greeted with a spacious living and dining room with plenty of comfortable seating for the whole family and a dining table that seats 6. The kitchen is fully stocked with updated appliances, a double oven, and a breakfast bar that seats 3.

The first bedroom in the front of the home, off the kitchen, has a queen bed, a dresser, closest space, and plenty of natural light. Down the hall past the kitchen are 2 full bathrooms, one with a tub/shower combination, the other with a shower. You will also find the remaining 3 bedrooms down the hall, all with queen beds and closet space. The back 2 bedrooms can be accessed from inside the home, but also have doors leading out to the walk way between the front unit and the shared garage.

In the walk way between the front unit and the shared garage, you will find a grill for your use as well as the pedestrian door to access the garage. In the garage, you will have access to the full sized washer and dryer that is also shared with the upper unit's guests as well as a designated spot on the right side of the garage.

This home is available to book on it's own as just the front unit, or together with the back unit. Please note that the fireplace in the living is non operational.
