The downstairs features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Downstairs amenities include living room with fireplace, TV/DVD, dining area, and a kitchen with dishwasher. Upstairs there are 2 additional bedrooms including the master bedroom which has a walk-in closet and balcony with water views. There is a 2-car garage and laundry for your parking and laundry needs.
