Whether you're seeking a fall getaway, winter retreat or a summer escape, this mountain haven promises a wonderful experience for you and your loved ones!
THE SPACE
The home boasts four spacious bedrooms and three full bathrooms. Two bedrooms are situated upstairs, featuring king-sized beds, while downstairs, you'll find a queen bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds, and the convenience of two air mattresses. Central heating and air conditioning ensure year-round comfort. The kitchen is fully stocked and complete with a Keurig coffee maker and complimentary coffee, hot chocolate, and tea! Families with young ones will appreciate the availability of a high chair and travel pack 'n play.
The ambiance of the house is enhanced by an electric fireplace with a heat option, three TVs equipped with cable and streaming options, and a dedicated workspace upstairs for those who need to stay connected. The large game room downstairs features a 65-inch SMART TV and a selection of family games. We have a washer and dryer available with complimentary washer pods & fabric softener sheets.
Outside, a beautiful deck furnished with a couch and rocking chairs provides the perfect spot to unwind. Down below the deck, on the side of the house, is a spacious outdoor area finished with a fire pit and chairs, ideal for evenings under the stars.

Pine Haven was a great stay for our family. It was very clean and was well-furnished for everything we needed. The area was quiet and peaceful and the kids spent hours on the arcade games!

Great location in Land Harbor and excellent communication with the owner. Plenty of room for our family to spread out. A tight dining space but we rarely ate in. Lots of amenities in the neighborhood and friendly neighbors - I would definitely recommend

Pine Haven Getaway Good Stay
Pine Haven Getaway was excellent in every manner except one. We would recommend anyone to stay there. Only problem was damp sheets and towels in the dryer when we went to use it. Jen was notified and she said she would talk to her cleaning service.

Comfortable family getaway
This house was perfect for my family to enjoy the 4th of July week. A nice flat driveway with ample parking. The house was very comfortable and well equipped. The kids enjoyed the game room downstairs.

Great family-friendly stay!
We had a great stay at Jen's place. There was a pack and play set up in the primary bedroom when we arrived which was one less thing we had to worry about while getting our little one settled. The high chair was also super helpful! My husband and I loved the porch during naptime. Check in and check out was a breeze. We'll be back! Thanks, Jen!

There is nothing like a trip to the mountains!
Brought the kids and grandkids up for a long weekend. We went hiking, visited Linville caverns, and made the 30 minute trip to Boone for a day of App State football. House was very clean, quiet neighborhood close to most anything you could need. Host was quick to reply to any questions we had. I would highly recommend staying at Pine Haven Getaway.
