The room was not clean. The shampoo and conditioner bottles were completely empty. The water pressure was extremely poor. ALL of the towels that were folded were either dirty or stained with brown and yellow. Very gross. Don’t recommend.

First room heater made terrible noise all night. No light in bunk room. Sheets were dirty. No blow dryer Second room heat didnt work. Comforter was stained. Not clean. No light in bunk room. Broken hanger on back of bathroom door. Hall way wasnt clean. Smoke smell from casino was terrible in the lobby, breakfast area and hallways. Parking lot was dark. Staff at front desk and maintenance men were all friendly and helpful.

Convenient to the Casino. breakfast on weekdays is very poor. if your stay is on weekend they roll out a little better fair.

Beds aren't comfortable. Free breakfast on week days is just waffles, toast, bagels, yogurt and cold cereal. Breakfast area kept running out of coffee. Room keys got deactivated every morning and we had to get new keys so that was inconvenient. The suite was spacious sothat was good

It has been 10 years since we’ve been here. It was clean, staff amazing except for the server we had at the restaurant we had to ask for items that should have been addressed when our food was served. Example extra plate, napkins or even ketchup for the fries. I had ask for a water refill even though she was going around earlier with the ice tea. It was like she was avoiding to the normal up keep for our meal. There was only 6 people including us and there was an extra waitress. Just sad compared to the rest of the staff.
