Centrally located, this 3 bedroom apartment is perfect for contractors and those visiting Newcastle and Gateshead for a city break. The recent refurbishment including a new kitchen (which is fully-eqipped) and bathroom should make your stay here very enjoyable!

Please note this is a residential area and as such is not suitable for parties and loud noise. This property is fitted with a noise and occupancy monitor and if guests disrupt neighbours or tamper with the monitor you will be removed from the property and lose your deposit. You must be min 25 years old to stay at this property.
