A lovely two bedroom apartment very close to restaurants, shops and local attractions.
All the cities universities, cafés, theatres, cinemas and St James's Park are within walking distance or accessible by Metro, with the nearest stop just minutes from the Accommodation. The city centre is a 10 minute walk, with Jesmond Dene very close by for outdoor exercise and picnics
Free car parking space is included with the stay.
This spacious ground floor two bedroom apartment is in the heart of Jesmond. The apartment will serve as a fantastic base to anyone visiting the area and wanting to explore local culture.
The main large bedroom is situated at the front of the house with the king bedroom and a streaming TV in the bedroom if you should choose to watch Netflix or movies at night. There is also a freestanding wardrobe and small chest of drawers for all of your belongings
The second bedroom also has a freestanding wardrobe and small chest of drawers. This bedroom is situated to the rear of the property and the quieter of the two rooms albeit that it is smaller. We feel it is also more cosy.
The living room has a large streaming TV as well as terrestrial television. There is a three seater sofa and single chair with a large coffee table. There is a dining table and chairs for all meals.
We also have a plethora of boardgames and books to keep you entertained. Should television, not be your thing. There is so much to see and do right on the doorstep from this apartment, so please feel free to get in touch if you require any restaurant or bar recommendations closer to your stay.
The whole apartment is available for rent . I can meet guests on arrival to show them around and pass over the keys or they may use the keysafe/lockbox to check themselves in.
We generally like to be led by the guest. We will periodically check in to make sure everything is up to satisfaction. If you needed anything from us during your stay you always free to call or message. We like to work with people and help as best as we can.
