Located on the outskirts of Newcastle, the city centre is still easily accessed within 10 minutes by car or 20 minutes by bus. There are a number of shops, restaurants and supermarkets within easy walking distance of the house. St James' Park is just a 10 minute drive away.

It is a 20 minute bus journey into central Newcastle with its array of shops, bars, restaurants and nightlife. There are a number of amenities, including bars and supermarkets in the local area surrounding the property. It's a 10 minute drive to St James' Park. Free parking is available at the property.
