Most rude and disgusting staff and facilities would never stay there again left after first night. Cockroaches and crumbs on arrival and they tried to blame smelly room on our service dog who was bathed the day of arrival. Manager was rude and threatened towards us. Never ever been treated that way before on our many motel stays.

Room was tidy and as clean as could be considering it's not a modern motel, Staff very helpful and friendly. Just a 5 minute easy walk to major shopping centre. Loved the balcony at the back of my room overlooking the natural bush. Very quiet location. Aircon worked well and was quiet. Also loved I could open windows for fresh air which many modern rooms don't offer. Overall a very good experience, I will stay again.
