Overlooking Newcastle Harbour with vistas to Nobbys lighthouse, this apartment features two modern bedrooms. The master includes a walk-in robe & ensuite, the second with a built in opens onto the balcony. The open-plan living area extends onto a wrap-around balcony. Additional amenities include a laundry with a washer & dryer, ducted air conditioning, plush carpets, secure entry, lift access, and a car space.

THE SPACE
There is a convenience store & bottle shop within the building as well as an Italian restaurant.
Close by is a Yoga & Pilates studio where my guests enjoy a discount.

Conveniently located, the apartment is just 170 meters from the Newcastle Interchange, providing light rail access through the city to the East End and connections to trains heading north and south.

Other things to note:

Hotel type servicing is not available during your stay allowing significant discounts to longer stays. Approx. 7 days worth of advertised consumables will be provided to long stays.

This apartment does NOT have an indoor dining table, only island bench seating for 2 and outdoor table and chairs for 4.
