Our retreat features hotel-quality mattresses clad in luxurious sheets for a restful night`s sleep. Unwind in the living room, complete with a unique vintage boat bar, and enjoy entertainment on the 52` Roku TV.
Here`s what your days will look like:
• Wakeup in your hotel-quality bed overlooking Lake Sunapee and the surrounding mountains.
• Enjoy coffee from our fully stocked coffee station
• Go swimming or stand up paddle boarding. (Unit comes with 1 turquoise board)
• Grill a nice lunch and take a break enjoying the calm waters.
• Explore the nearby beach and hiking trails
• Explore the nearby hikes and ziplining around Mt. Sunapee..
• Drinks at our antique wooden boat bar on the first floor while the kids warm up with our gourmet Hot Chocolate.
• Cook a big dinner in our fully-stocked kitchen.
• Netflix & Chill on the 52 inch TV.
• Do it all again the next day
We offer 1 stand up paddle board for your usage. *please don’t move patio furniture.
*Please note cleaners use garage for cleaning supplies so enter the garage when need to clean units and maintenance people may need to access during your stay!*

We do have 2 active exterior cameras - one pointed at the entrance and one pointed at the parking.

October 2024 stay
Clean, simple, cozy, and great location. I have work and business related event in the area and my wife decide to join. She absolutely loved it and stayed there during our 5 day stay while I had business to handle.
She loves being near the water and although the place was set back a little from the water... it was great for her and the time she spent there.
We enjoyed the privacy and overall time we spent there.

Able to be next to the lake and have the view was beautiful. Walking in have a little of basement odor. Try to plug in the mini fridge but I don’t think it was working and see some opening cracks that wasn’t fix properly. The stairs going upstairs was narrow and also have an odd smell. Rooms were set up nicely and neat. The back door stairway, I had opened to check but it looked like no one had come and cleaned it for so long. Spider webs and full of leaves. The same to grill side. I want to sit and enjoy the view of the lake but furniture was dirty too. And also I had found dead mosquito that was smashed on the wall still attached to the wall. But overall I’m happy that my husband and I able to do the weekend getaway.
