Welcome to your winter getaway in the heart of the Sunapee region. This cozy two-bedroom cottage is the perfect base for ski trips, snowy adventures, and relaxing nights in. Located just 10 minutes from Mount Sunapee, you’ll be close to the slopes while enjoying quiet, wooded surroundings and easy access to Lake Sunapee. Escape to this gorgeous cottage and create lasting memories during your trip. We're happy to assist with any questions you may have while staying at our cottage.

Even more cozy: At the start of 2026, we added a new mini-split system with both heat and air conditioning, ensuring the cottage stays perfectly comfortable—from sunny summer afternoons to chilly fall and winter nights in New England.
The cottage is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a coffee maker, an ironing board, and a kitchen island.

Sarah was very responsive to any questions. The cottage is very clean and nicely furnished and seems newly renovated. 10 min to Mount Sunapee and 10min north to another town with more options for restaurants. We only stayed for 2 nights. If it was longer only wish list item would be a washer and dryer. Gas fireplace warms the place up quick. The electric mini split was perfect for steady comfort when not using the gas fireplace.Thanks for sharing your 2nd home.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house. It was perfect for our ski trip to Mount Sunapee. The house was spotless, the appliances and kitchenware were all high quality. The beds were comfy. We particularly enjoyed sitting in front of the gas fireplace with a glass of wine after skiing. There is a beautiful 3-season room that we couldn’t enjoy during the winter but it would be lovely if you stay any other time of the year. The house had everything we needed and nothing we didn’t. It was very efficient and tidy. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a perfect stay at this charming cabin, and enjoyed ourselves so much that we extended our stay. It was exactly what our family needed for a quick ski escape. The layout was perfect: convenient mud room, loaded kitchen, great lounge area with a warm stove, and large bedrooms (and kids lived the loft). We were there in the winter so admired the porch from afar. Easy communication and check in. We’ll gladly come back.

We had a wonderful girls weekend! The house was perfect. We walked to the lake, had cocktails on the porch and enjoyed the gas woodstove when it got chilly. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed to make delicious meals. We can't wait to come back.

Nothing compares to new

Cottage is brand new. I was likely one of the very first vacationers using it. Well appointed, clean and comfortable. Little hard to find, but once there worked very well for me.
