Our modern, spacious three bedroom holiday home is the perfect setting for those who want to enjoy the beach, explore the beautiful Northumbrian coastline or just rest and relax by the sea. Ideal for families, walkers, dog lovers and those who can't resist feeling the sand between their toes.
Situated in the heart of Newbiggin by the Sea, The Elderton is a stylish home, close to everything you could need for a memorable short break or holiday. We welcome up to two well behaved dogs.
As you enter the house you'll find the bright, spacious living room on your right and the hallway leads on to the family room. Both rooms are equipped with smart TVs and are cosy and welcoming. You'll find plenty of seating plus a selection of games and jigsaws so you can relax and unwind. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped, with a dishwasher, washing machine, large range oven and 5 ring gas hob, fridge freezer and microwave.
Heading upstairs, you'll find the master bedroom, with its king sized bed, a single room and a large family room equipped with both a double sofa bed and a single bed, for maximum flexibility. The bathroom is modern and spacious and you'll love the rain shower!
The house is newly renovated and is clean, bright and modern; very comfortable and welcoming. The beds are comfortable, with good quality linen and mattresses and we provide towels and beach towels for our guests.
The house is located in a residential area, just a short walk away from the beach and the town centre, where you'll find an array of cafes, shops, bars and restaurants. Oh, and an amazing ice cream parlour!
