Beautiful newly built apartments -- super clean- had everything we needed. About 15-20 min drive to UF but out of the way enough to feel peaceful. Shops and restaurants close by and unbelievable common areas-- pool, gym, clubhouse-- all were immaculate and really lovely! I would return again and again. Hate to let the secret out...

Great Stay

Stay was excellent. The apartment was in almost new condition and included toaster, small coffee maker, washer / dryer, large closet. Some smalls stains on couch and chair, but insignificant. Screened in porch would have been great if we had time to use it. We did use the pool, which was warm and peaceful - as we had it all to our selves.

Could be a lot better.

The bed was super soft. Impossible to rest. I slept on the couch and it was small. The check-in verification process was very cumbersome, "clear" did not work, and it took more than 1 hr to get through it. It needs serious improvement. Very clear, brand new unit, and gret amenities though.

Perfect family trip to Gainesville

Our stay was awesome! It’s perfect for a family and we will definitely be back for our next visit to Gainesville. The apartment was clean, with a kitchen that allowed us to keep beverages and snacks. If we had wanted to make meals, we could have, though the restaurants in the area were great, so we did not. The staff was incredibly responsive and accommodating. The amenities were beautiful: pool, pickleball court and gym. I can’t emphasize enough what a great vacation this made for us!
