Important Things to Note:
• We welcome up to two (2) dogs, with a non-refundable fee of $50 per dog.
• VRBO will collect the guest service fee first, and the remaining reservation payment will be processed separately by our property management team.

Lovely Newburg Suite for George Fox graduation

The suite was situated in the heart of downtown Newburg which made it convenient to coffee shops, restaurants, and George Fox University for our niece's graduation ceremony. The suite was spacious, clean, and had everything that we needed for a long weekend stay. The complimentary bottle of wine was a nice touch! I would definitely recommend and will book again if we are back in town.

Lovely overnight stay

Conveniently located!

We stayed in this apartment during an event at George Fox. It was very conveniently located and we were able to walk to the grocery store, the cafe, and even the college (about 18 minutes.) The AC was very appreciated during the hot August days. Road noise was to be expected, since it is situated between two halves of a major throughway. It was noisy all night but we just ran a white noise app on our phone. A fan would be a great addition! We loved the coffee, tea, and snack that was left for us at check in. Dishwasher was so appreciated. Perhaps a couple extra towels would be useful! One per person and slow to dry meant damp towels most of the week. :) We would definitely stay here again!

The apartment was very clean. Had everything I needed. I was only up for a quick trip this time but would stay here again next time. Very close to restaurants and George Fox University. Was able to walk to eat and go see my daughter at the college.

This property was very clean and nice. The lock on the door wasn't working when we first checked in, but management responded promptly, and it was fixed. Although there were other nearby units, we didn't hear anything from neighbors.
