It’s the little things that make a difference

Wonderful property in a stunning location. However, so sorry and disappointed to say; * we were surprised at £2.50 charge per washing machine load - we have never been charged extra for using a washing machine in a property before. You therefore need loose change, if you want to do any laundry * nowhere in the apartment to hang washed laundry / wet dog towels / wet dog coats (an airer would be useful). * no dishwasher, so we unfortunately found dirty crockery and cutlery (these are only as clean as previous guests leave them 🙈) * intermittent smell of sewage in the shower room for two of our three days * quiet whirring fan type noise all night, it wasn’t an extractor * worth noting; there is no welcome pack, just a few teabags. There are no local shops, so you need to take supplies with you or shop at the nearest services about 2.5mls away * guests are requested to strip the bed and bag up all the towels and bedding
