The space is private with separate entry way upstairs. The space offers an open concept with a living room, cute bar nook which opens to the kitchen. It's bright, beautiful space. The bedroom is modern with dark accent walls and black out curtains to rest well or if you prefer to let the light illuminate the space, open the window. Bathroom is equipped with towels and toiletries. There is also a parking space in the back for one vehicle, and a fully equipped gym.

It was a good location for my four nights in Sunmit. Easy-to-use entry lock. Well-equipped kitchen. Good black-out curtains. The gym looked good but I didn’t have time to use it. The pressure in the shower was a bit weak.

Pictures deceiving

The pictures of the apartment were deceiving. It wasn't as nice. No door knob on bathroom door; 1 light over sink not working; hair in bathtub & no drain .. bathtub needs work! Towels weren't acceptable as they were in closet (which didn't look clean & had some old stuff in it) in a hanging bin, which I felt wasn't clean & there was a hanging bin on back of bathroom door that was dusty. And, not enough towels! Couch has some stains. We had issues using the key pad to get into the apartment. Lastly, the driveway is so narrow, it was hard backing out & not easy to turn around in the back of the house!
