Room was very dirty. No food available even if u want to pay for .

for a first timer staying at this hotel, was very disappointed to find that there was no house keeping services. for the amount of money that I paied to stay there it should have been some type of cleaning services.

The hotel staff act as if you are inconveniencing them when you ask them anything. We checked in late around 12 am, upon arrival with our 16 month old the windows were wide open and it was 28 degrees outside. The shower had hair all over from the previous guest, along with soap scum that was clearly fresh as most of it washed away while I showered. I was not impressed with this hotel, so we booked another hotel for our second night in Newark.

hotel is a little outdated, and it is not well kept, it is about par of what you are paying for.

i stood in the hotel for 3 nights ,once i entered the room i went to turn on ac and its wasn't working properly, it would turn of and turn of every 2 sec, until l I stop using it. The Bathroom was dirty, the toilet was leaking water, i had to put a towel on the floor

The only good thing about the hotel is that when my Orbitz booking was not on file, the girl at the reception was very courteous and ensured that i get a room even though the hotel was fully booked. The room is below average with carpets sticking and very old blankets. There were hairs on the bed and I had to remove them physically. The hotel website says that the rate includes breakfast, but I had to search for the same the next morning. There was a coffee machine and a couple of old brownies opposite the reception area and I was told that is the breakfast area. I could not even get sugar packets as they were empty. Absolutely disgusting. I will not stay here even if I get a room for free. The hotel shuttle is even worse. I had to wait for 30 minutes after which I phoned up and got a message that the shuttle is on demand and the guests have to call from the airport. On the way back, I had to again wait for the shuttle for 45 minutes for no reason.

Well, if you like people in hoodies standing in corners and in the hall then this is your place. Not sure what was going on here but it was SHADY. Park bench might feel safer.

friendly staff walking distance to Jersey Garden outlet

We liked the location to shopping and bus in to New York.

I loved it. I will make sure I tell all my friends. I love the smoking rooms.

I was not pleased at all with this hotel. The front desk told me that they had a new owner. This new owner wanted the customer to request things like soap, extra toilet paper, ect from the front desk. The rooms were not supplied with anything. To include a simple coffee machine. In fact, the entire hotel does not have coffee, or ice machines. Not happy.

Stayed one night for business. Staff was friendly and room was clean.

Good place to stay the night or even a few days. Lots of food places and the Jersey Gardens is a walk away.

Room was cold....had to leave the stove on for heat....they could upgrade the tv....and cable....there were no real cable channels...only showtime...no hbo, comedy central etc....

Short stay a few hours, really didn't hotel homey feeling staff was great. Room was not modern

The location and ambience was very comfortable. Friendly staff. Clean facilities. The downsides were - Hard bed - No housekeeping if you stay 2-3 days. - Stinking ac/heater It does sound costly given the above inconveniences. But this was the best bet we could find for our trip to NY. We commuted to NY by the NJ transit and teh train station is just a couple of miles away. Its worth a stay if your expectations are not high.

This was the only decent hotel around Newark Airport after my flight was cancelled. The shuttle was convenient, front desk was ok, but the rooms cleanliness is not desirable. No shampoo or conditioner were available.
