Room was clean but it had a smoking odor. Staff were pressured to get us out before check out time. First hotel I stayed that I have the staff call me to tell me I need to leave when it is not even check out time.

We stayed here for a night when our flight was cancelled. There was no usual greetings or friendly gestures at the front desk. Room is pretty dark and smells odd. No bottled water in the room. The room has stove and microwave oven but does not have utensils/cookware. Grab and go breakfast includes coffee and energy bars. There is Ihop and Ruby Tuesday nearby. Shopping mall is only a few minutes walk from the hotel. Airport shuttle service is provided.

Even though the place was cheap, I could say that this has been one of the worst hotels I have ever visited in my life. The room was never cleaned for a week when we stayed. Each day we had to contact the front desk asking for clean towels and the worst part of it was that we have to return the used ones to get a clean one!

Warm cozy loved the small kitchen. So convenient.

Definitely love the locación, very accessible to the freeway and many other locations including New York. I have no doubt I will come back again

This was a nice simple clean hotel. I stood here for 1 night after a long day of shopping at Jersey Gardens Mall during black friday. Close to shopping mall and there was 2 restaurants nearby (Ruby Tuesday & IHOP). I would stay here again.

Overall it was a good experience at this hotel, very nice staff friendly

for a first timer staying at this hotel, was very disappointed to find that there was no house keeping services. for the amount of money that I paied to stay there it should have been some type of cleaning services.

The hotel staff act as if you are inconveniencing them when you ask them anything. We checked in late around 12 am, upon arrival with our 16 month old the windows were wide open and it was 28 degrees outside. The shower had hair all over from the previous guest, along with soap scum that was clearly fresh as most of it washed away while I showered. I was not impressed with this hotel, so we booked another hotel for our second night in Newark.

hotel is a little outdated, and it is not well kept, it is about par of what you are paying for.

i stood in the hotel for 3 nights ,once i entered the room i went to turn on ac and its wasn't working properly, it would turn of and turn of every 2 sec, until l I stop using it. The Bathroom was dirty, the toilet was leaking water, i had to put a towel on the floor

The only good thing about the hotel is that when my Orbitz booking was not on file, the girl at the reception was very courteous and ensured that i get a room even though the hotel was fully booked. The room is below average with carpets sticking and very old blankets. There were hairs on the bed and I had to remove them physically. The hotel website says that the rate includes breakfast, but I had to search for the same the next morning. There was a coffee machine and a couple of old brownies opposite the reception area and I was told that is the breakfast area. I could not even get sugar packets as they were empty. Absolutely disgusting. I will not stay here even if I get a room for free. The hotel shuttle is even worse. I had to wait for 30 minutes after which I phoned up and got a message that the shuttle is on demand and the guests have to call from the airport. On the way back, I had to again wait for the shuttle for 45 minutes for no reason.

Well, if you like people in hoodies standing in corners and in the hall then this is your place. Not sure what was going on here but it was SHADY. Park bench might feel safer.

This was the only decent hotel around Newark Airport after my flight was cancelled. The shuttle was convenient, front desk was ok, but the rooms cleanliness is not desirable. No shampoo or conditioner were available.

The hotel was decent but not as clean as expected considering I have a 4 year old!

We arrive at 1:00am and before I contact them to let them know that we''ll be arriving late and the shuttle don''t work 24 hours

bad hotel

great location, very accessible to shops and food
