No Communication

After we booked it, there was zero communication. No check-in instructions. We didn’t get to stay at the apartment. We ended up cutting our vacation short and driving the 10-1/2 hrs home. When we pulled into the neighborhood, it was neither safe or clean. DO NOT book this apartment.
