Poor quality materials inside the room. Shower head was very cheap and would not stay in place during the shower. The heater/air conditioner is very loud and no an eye sore. No hotel parking lot. Street parking only which was free in the area. Over heard another customer complain the heat in their room did not work. A one night wouldn’t be the worse but anything longer, there will be plenty of things to bother you.

The hotel staff and room itself were nice with a beautiful view overlooking the Queensboro bridge into Manhattan. The room we were in, we could not get the air turned off , so the air conditioner was constantly running (in Mid December) so it was either freezing cold in the room or burning up because after turning the heat on lowest there room would heat right up. Also, the shuttle was deceiving. When reading about it, it made it seem that the shuttle was available until 11pm, no the shuttle service stopped at 4pm. Who visits NYC and is back to their hotel and in for the night at 4 pm? The breakfast was a joke. The whole reason we stayed here and not midtown was because of the so called “amenities” (shuttle and breakfast) the amount we paid for Lyft and breakfast , we should have just spent the extra money to stay in Midtown.

A few hours after checking out, we discovered that a special teddy bear had hidden under the covers when we left the room. We called the hotel, the front desk immediately sent someone up to check and found the bear. It was held at the front desk until we could come pick him up later in the evening. What a relief! Thank you to the staff for being friendly and helpful with this and our entire stay.

It was nice to have the shuttle service. The breakfast was good as well. They only serve items that are able to be kept cold. The restaurant only serves food until 10:39pm. Even though they are open until 11pm. The roof top view is awesome

The rooms are small old cabins. the hotel has no parking and is not close to the metro.

Great Stay at this hotel! It was a wonderful experience. The views are amazing. Although I do think it’s not a “family” hotel, considering the items that were advertised in room “the love box” and do not disturb sign. Staff is friendly and courteous! Definitely will be going back. The only thing was that there was no AC in the hallway/elevator, the windows were open in the hallway and had a nice breeze coming in late afternoons, but to me it was a bit too hot.

Unexpected $27 a day experience charge, what is that? Charge charge it in the front end so you will be aware.

The hotel is clean, the staff is pleasant, the room is very confortable with a spledid view. The room service was propt and the pizza was delicious as well as the wine.

it was tiny and cute! like me, haha. my boyfriend and u truly enjoyed our date night in LIC and our stay at the Z! it could be a bit noisy in the morning because of the construction but other than that we were satisfied.

Hotel pictures do not well-represent the actual hotel. The view overlooks several small, run-down industrial buildings. The hallways have small holes cut out to the outside (as lookouts, perhaps) and the rooftop was basically an abandoned bar with some leftover furniture. The bathroom door in the room was a sliding door that didn’t seal. The hotel felt aged and worn, much like the area in which it resides.

First room the AC run like a vacuum and the floor heater was broken. Told the staff and she moved me to another room. This room the fire detector ran out of battery and the refrigerator don't work.

Went for valentines day overnight and it was a amazing. Great view.

We were very pleased with the location, price and the incredible views. It was just a short walk to the train and you could get downtown in minutes. The hotel also offered a shuttle to downtown every hour though we did not use it. The room was clean and comfortable with heated floors in the bathroom. We will stay there every time we go to NYC to visit our son.
