Besucht vom 27.02.2025 bis 01.03.2025. Ich war in der Stadt, um mir ein paar Shows anzusehen, und fand diese Unterkunft ideal. Die Bewertungen hatten mich etwas verunsichert, aber letztendlich hatte ich einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Alle Mitarbeiter, denen ich begegnete, waren freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zugegeben, das Zimmer war etwas klein und das Bett knarrte aufgrund des Metallrahmens etwas. Die Wände waren etwas dünn, sodass ich die Türen im Flur zuschlagen hörte, aber das störte meinen Schlaf nicht. Insgesamt ist es für den Preis und die kurze Aufenthaltsdauer ein gutes Angebot. Das heiße Wasser in der Dusche war nach langen Tagen voller Stadterkundungen eine große Wohltat.

Wir hatten kürzlich einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt im OYO Times Square und waren mit dem Personal, den Annehmlichkeiten und der Lage äußerst zufrieden. Im Vergleich zu einem anderen Hotel nur einen Block entfernt war das OYO deutlich besser! Zunächst einmal möchte ich betonen, wie fantastisch das Personal war – unglaublich freundlich und zuvorkommend! Außerdem haben wir es sehr geschätzt, die Temperatur in unserem Zimmer selbst regulieren zu können, und wir haben weder Lärm von den Fluren noch von den Nachbarzimmern gehört (und auch keinen Rauch gerochen!). Die Zimmer waren modern und zeitgemäß. Wir haben uns aufgrund der Lage und des günstigen Preises für das OYO entschieden, fanden es aber etwas zu nah am Times Square. Dort fand ein Open-Air-Konzert statt, das wir von unserem Zimmer aus deutlich hören konnten. Wir waren jedoch nach unserem Tag so müde, dass wir trotzdem einschlafen konnten! Es war fantastisch, direkt am Times Square und nur wenige Minuten vom Central Park und einigen unserer Lieblingsrestaurants entfernt zu sein. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

Dieses Hotel war perfekt für unseren ersten Besuch in New York. Die Lage ist fantastisch, nur 30 Sekunden Fußweg vom Times Square entfernt. Das Personal war freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind einfach und etwas klein, wurden aber täglich gereinigt und waren für unseren Aufenthalt völlig ausreichend. Die Wände sind recht dünn, daher kann es etwas laut werden, aber wir hatten Ohrstöpsel dabei und es war überhaupt kein Problem. Nur zur Info: Es gibt eine Servicegebühr inklusive Steuern (5 € pro Nacht) und eine Kaution von 0 € pro Nacht. Wir haben unsere Kaution beim Auschecken problemlos zurückbekommen. Alles in allem ist dieses Hotel aufgrund seiner Lage eine hervorragende Wahl!

Mein Partner und ich haben vor Kurzem einen wunderbaren fünftägigen Aufenthalt in New York City genossen. Das OYO liegt nur 30 Sekunden Fußweg vom Times Square entfernt und ist somit ideal gelegen, um Restaurants, Bars, Theater und die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten New Yorks bequem zu erreichen. Das Rockefeller Center ist nur 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Die Zimmer sind einfach, aber sauber und bieten eine gute Größe für Paare. Sie verfügen über ein bequemes Bett und ein ausreichend großes Badezimmer (nur mit ebenerdiger Dusche, keine Badewanne). Die Mitarbeiter des OYO sind wirklich außergewöhnlich, insbesondere Maria und Gazzy an der Rezeption. Sie waren stets hilfsbereit, sorgten dafür, dass wir uns wie zu Hause fühlten und kümmerten sich umgehend um alle unsere Anliegen. Wir freuen uns schon jetzt auf unseren nächsten Besuch! Ein kleiner Hinweis: Es wird eine Resortgebühr von 4,75 £ pro Zimmer und Nacht inklusive Steuern erhoben, die beim Check-in fällig ist. Ich versichere Ihnen, Sie werden nicht enttäuscht sein, denn dieses Hotel ist ein fantastischer Ausgangspunkt, um die Stadt zu erkunden und bietet ein hervorragendes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Nachdem ich all die negativen Bewertungen gelesen hatte, die mich etwas beunruhigt hatten, möchte ich meine eigene Erfahrung im Oyo Times Square teilen. Ein riesiger Pluspunkt ist zweifellos die ideale Lage! Das Zimmer war völlig ausreichend; es war zwar nicht luxuriös, aber sauber, Bettwäsche und Handtücher wurden täglich gewechselt, und das Bett war bequem. Obwohl wir direkt am Times Square waren, haben wir in unserem Zimmer keinen Mucks gehört. Die Kaution war problemlos. Wir hatten einen hervorragenden Aufenthalt. Wenn Sie ein Hotel in zentraler Lage suchen, zögern Sie nicht!

4* OYO, hier sind Sie wirklich auf sich allein gestellt. Normalerweise ist nur eine Person an der Rezeption. Ihr Zimmer wird täglich gereinigt und ist stets sauber und ordentlich, inklusive frischer Handtücher – sehr angenehm. Ein „Bitte nicht stören“-Schild ist ebenfalls vorhanden, falls Sie etwas Privatsphäre wünschen. Der untere Bereich wurde renoviert, daher wirken die Zimmer momentan etwas uneinheitlich. Aber ehrlich gesagt, Sie sind ja nur zum Schlafen hier. Das Bett ist bequem und makellos sauber. Im Zimmer finden Sie einen Safe, ein Bügelbrett und ein Bügeleisen. Es gibt zwar keine kleine Küchenzeile für Heißgetränke, aber Sie befinden sich ja in Malaysia, wo es an jeder Ecke Cafés gibt. Unser Ausblick ging leider nur auf eine Wand.
