What an absolutely gorgeous bldg, with amazing views. The size of the apartment is perfect for 2 people but can accommodate more. The proximity to everything is A plus. Now my only critiques are the lobby of the bldg uses some kind of scent that is so strong it gave me migraines, so if you're nose sensitive a mask is a must when leaving and entering the bldg. My next critique is the apartment would be even better with darkening shades or curtains. In the summer the sun comes up at 0530 or earlier, and there was no way to block that out. Also the white couch isn't comfortable, it is to low and losing it's form, and shape, I'm sure from many bodies enjoying it. Next the white rug along with the white couch, though aesthetically pleasing are not practical. I kept making sure I didn't spill anything. Now in saying that of course I'm careful on any furniture but more so on these.In saying all of that I'd rent this space again in a New York Minute!

They view was spectacular Day and Night. It is conveniently situated, close to many major attractions with many easy ways to get to. Very clean, ample room and furnished with style. Greg was super helpfull and accomodating to ensure a smooth stay and departure. Just amazing! We will definetly stay again here in the future.

We had an amazing stay and couldn’t be happier with our experience. Everything was exactly as described, and the property was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained.The view was one of the best we could have asked for in Manhattan—absolutely stunning and a highlight of our stay.Communication with the host was excellent from start to finish—quick responses, helpful information, and very accommodating.We truly enjoyed our time here and would absolutely stay again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

The place is great—particularly the view and the location gives you great access to a lot of the best things in Mahattan. The host was very helpful. My only very minor minuses would be the lack of grab bar in the shower (host says he will correct or provide temp) and access to a gym—there is one in the building, but it’s 100 a day

This condo was beautiful and had amazing views. It was surprisingly quiet! The bed and pillows were exceptionally comfortable. The host was kind and helpful and accommodated our very late check in. He was thorough and stayed on top of things to make sure we had a wonderful stay- and we did! Thanks!

This was followed by a phone call/email to provide an overview and other useful information. You WILL NOT find a place in this price range with a more spectacular view in NYC. My sister and I always stay in apartments when we travel and this is one of the nicest ones. The view is incredible and the apartment is very comfortable. It was great having a washer and dryer right in the apartment. The kitchen had everything that we needed. The host is one of the most responsive hosts that we have had. He was in constant communication before our arrival and wanted to make sure that we had everything that we needed. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

This apartment is beautiful with a sensational view of the city and Hudson River. It had everything we needed, and the host even set up a crib which made traveling with our baby so much easier. Location was perfect for sightseeing, a quick 10 min walk to Times Square or Hudson yards. Safe and quiet building. The check in/out was very easy and the host was one of the best we have had. I would love to stay here again. Definitely recommend

Overall we had a great experience with this rental. Super spacious for a one bedroom nyc apartment and the place exceeded the photos. The kitchen had everything needed for cooking, and the washer/dryer was a big plus. We are picky sleepers and had a great nights sleep. Comfortable bed with quality linens, quiet at night, and black out shades! Ideal location for exploring the city and exactly as listed on the map. Host was responsive and easy to work with. Check in and check out made simple. And no annoying chores! Thank you for the great stay. We will be back
