Host gave us a very personal experience, including having someone meet us at the apartment and showing us in. This was followed by a phone call/email to provide an overview and other useful information. You WILL NOT find a place in this price range with a more spectacular view in NYC. We were very pleased wirh our stay.

My sister and I always stay in apartments when we travel and this is one of the nicest ones. The view is incredible and the apartment is very comfortable. It was great having a washer and dryer right in the apartment. The kitchen had everything that we needed. The host is one of the most responsive hosts that we have had. He was in constant communication before our arrival and wanted to make sure that we had everything that we needed. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

What a GEM. Gorgeous updated apt (pictures didn’t even do it justice) in the perfect location. We were traveling for work, and the location couldn’t have been better. We could walk everywhere. Greg was the perfect host, available 24/7. We will stay here again and again! 10/10. Kristen & Ginny

This apartment is beautiful with a sensational view of the city and Hudson River. It had everything we needed, and the host even set up a crib which made traveling with our baby so much easier. Location was perfect for sightseeing, a quick 10 min walk to Times Square or Hudson yards. Safe and quiet building. The check in/out was very easy and the host was one of the best we have had. I would love to stay here again. Definitely recommend

Overall we had a great experience with this rental. Super spacious for a one bedroom nyc apartment and the place exceeded the photos. The kitchen had everything needed for cooking, and the washer/dryer was a big plus. We are picky sleepers and had a great nights sleep. Comfortable bed with quality linens, quiet at night, and black out shades! Ideal location for exploring the city and exactly as listed on the map. Host was responsive and easy to work with. Check in and check out made simple. And no annoying chores! Thank you for the great stay. We will be back

This place was unreal! Even better than the pictures ! Having a corner apartment with floor to ceiling windows gave us incredible skyline views and also of the river. Everything inside felt fresh and modern, and it was spotless. Location was safe as there was a police station nearby. Also easy to get around, with a bus stop downstairs and easy walk to the train. Close to all major attractions. The host was super responsive. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was perfect for our family of 3. The kitchen was well equipped, and had essential spices and cookware, which made it easy to cook our meals. The host arranged an extra bed for our teenage son, and it was very comfortable. The location made it simple to get around and visit different parts of the city, with plenty of sights, restaurants, and transit options nearby. Everything worked well for our trip and we will miss waking up to the city views every morning ! Will stay here again without hesitation.
