The front door lock was extremely problematic to unlock and get in. Took us 20 mins one day. There were many items in the apartment broken. Not very hot water in en suite bathroom. Clean but could have been cleaner. No comfortable chairs to sit on. On a good side main bed comfortable and location good. Would not be returning to this apartment again.

Property was clean. Beds were okay. Kitchen very nice. 3 nice bathrooms a plus and host was always responsive. Access info was a big problem. It gave wrong address causing great stress & more walking. Once correct address was sent by host the instructions to enter a code located next to the front door was provided. We were to enter code to box next to front door. There is nowhere to enter a code next to front door. Again contacted host. More instructions were to locate a lock box. Box was found attached by a cable on the ground around a pole by the curb across from the front door. We entered code which opened box but It was very difficult to open space that held the keys. We were told unit was on 2nd floor with only stairs but did not say it was 3 stair cases to get up there. The wrong address situation has been on-going as reported by the door man at the incorrect address. This is totally unacceptable. Because of all of this, we missed our dinner reservations. No wash cloths were supplied. There is no living room but large, well appointed table & 8 chairs in large kitchen.

The condo is clean and very well located. It could use some straightening up in the closets. It seems like they use them to store boxes of paper products. It would be nice to have a small couch in the kitchen area as there is no living room.
