The host was extremely accommodating as I was in a tough position having my other listings cancel on me last minute (twice). She was very responsive and patient with my vrbo issues, making sure I wasn’t stranded on the streets of nyc while dealing with vrbo.

Cancelled 1 hour before check in

We went to the city for a vacation. Booked this place 1.5 months ago. I messaged the host on how to check in 4 hours before check in and didn't hear anything back until it was 1 hour before check in. He said he had to cancel because there was damage. Really? Had I not messaged him would I have heard anything? This left us high and dry in city and we had to scramble to find a hotel. If there was a problem he should have at least notified us in a timely fashion

Amazing views of New York City

Love my stay so much I was able to extend my vacation… My host was great good communication to have dinner or just watching tv is beautiful experience cause yes the views are amazing.. really gives you the vibes of the city.. great location.. everyone in the building is phenomenal .. beautiful people doing beautiful things..most definitely in the future be returning
