Arrived to property only to be sent across the street because they were under construction. Very unhappy with the hotel that not what i paid for
Okay the rooms are nice but very very small. There was a lamp/nightstand on only one side of the bed. The shower set up was horrible. The bathroom floor flooded at one point because the shower stream goes outside of the barrier design. There were barely any working channels on the TV. There is no fridge in the room which doesn’t make any sense but the front desk was nice enough to let me cool my drinks in I guess the staff fridge. I don’t know the place wasn’t horrible but I most likely won’t stay here again.
When I arrived on Saturday there was another party booked for the same room. The air conditioner unit made terrible noises all weekend. There have been knats flying in the room through my stay. Also the water leaks under the shower partition and runs onto the floor in the general part of the bathroom.
A bucket with no ice: Where to start with this place. To start, we couldn't find the place because there was no number on the building. Ended up at the Howard Johnson across the street and then the receptionist there walked us across the street, turns out that they are owned by the same company...I guess. The room had a funny smell from the beginning, a really funky smell that never went away. If you're looking for just a place to sleep then this is the place for you. I personally would have liked at least a small closet to hang my clothing but no, no closet no dresser and an odd layout. The room was in the corner with the tv, then a small hallway to the bathroom with a loveseat right in the middle. No safe for storage and a small and very useless hair dryer (no glad i brought my own). The weirdest thing was there was an ice bucket in our room which i thought was great since i like ice cold water and could keep some in my room. I asked the receptionist where the ice machine was and she quickly informed me that there was none on property but maybe the Howard Johnskn across the street, but I couldn't go there because i wasn't staying there. The receptionist were all rude and very curt with their answers, and our room was never fully cleaned. They just added to the toiletries stock and only 2 fresh towels everyday, the receptionist could never get ahold of any others for us. The floors were never touched and the counters were never wiped down. In short, i don't reccomend it.

Absolutely no value for money. Information seen on orbitz search was not accurate
For price, it's fine. Nothing in vicinity; however it's a 15 min ride in traffic to Cornell hosp. Could park on the street which saves you additionally. Room tiny but BRm more spacious. Was clean. Cost $120 incl tax so no complaints. No ammenities. New facility.
Very small rooms, but they give breakfast buffet across the street for ten dollars, rooms seem clean, but too small for such price, 5 minutes to metro
Room is cleaner and good! I'm happy with my visit here.
The property seems brand new but my room was so spartan- May have been the smallest room. It had no desk, no chair, no closet, not even a plastic cup. I was told when I checked in that there was no longer a breakfast.
comfortable beds and spacious rooms, staff was helpful
No front desk and no one answered the phone for hours to assist with check in
Nice hotel, bad area, no parking place, small room, no fridge, no table.
