There was not one bad thing about this hotel! Location was perfect! The staff was super nice! The rooms were spacious for a NY hotel. Room service daily was awesome. Had room service one night and the food was delicious! 10/10

The room was very clean, plenty of room and quiet. My daughter was so exciting to get a Fender sent to the room and the headphones and personal amp was pretty cool! Staff was friendly and hotel was in the perfect spot to see the sights, catch a show and great food in the area!

I stayed here New Year’s Eve in hopes to see the ball drop. I was disappointed as advertised on Hard Rock site(description best access to view ball drop with location) On New year eve they barricade streets and no access from hard rock to see ball drop and I was told They could arrange for me to go to another location for 1250 pp to get escorted to see ball drop. No accommodation made through Expedia or Hard Rock. The Hotel is nice and centrally located to walk to Central Park and Rockefeller Center. DO NOT STAY HERE ON NEW YEARS EVE IF YOU EXPECT TO SEE BALL DROP
