This spacious apartment is serenely quiet and perfect for those who require a non-smoking, non-alcoholic, animal free environment. Located 1 block away from A, D, B, C subways and 15 minutes away from midtown, it is surrounded by two parks. Some of the best restaurants in Harlem are in walking distance, as well as small cafes and supermarkets. Fully furnished with AC and central heating. Laundromat in the same building. Not much traffic or noise in the area, since avenue is close to campus, which is cut to traffic, you will wake up and listen to the birds in the morning! Water, heating and gas included.
