Make memories in this 4-story, 4 bedroom, 3 bath beach house that sleeps 12, perfectly located next to the beach and across from the intracoastal. The first floor is the fun floor! Media and game room complete with card table and arcade games, opens out onto the pool deck. Gather around a fire, swim in the pool, rinse off in the outdoor shower and relax on the porch swing. The second floor boasts a large open living, kitchen and dining space. Off the main living area are 2 large bedrooms. One with 2 full beds and the other with one full and one twin which share a full, luxurious bathroom with rainfall shower. Climb the stairs to the 3rd floor loft area and primary bedroom with king-size bed, spacious closets and another luxurious bathroom. All 3 of these bedrooms open onto private balconies with water views. From the loft area ascend the spiral staircase to the super cozy 4th bedroom with full bed, vanity area and separate comfort AC. The garage stocks everything you need to enjoy the outdoors (bikes and beach equipment) as well as the washer and dryer and a Tesla charger. Every detail has been meticulously curated for the most enjoyable and entertaining vacation you could imagine! Locally renowned JB's Fish Camp is across the street, offering kayak rentals, fishing, bar and restaurant.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 3 bathrooms, and a balcony. There's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms and a dining area. Perfect Stay at the Perfect Place

My family and I just completed our stay here and we couldn’t have asked for a better place for our month long trip to the beach. The house was immaculate, with plenty of space and tons of awesome amenities. Although the house isn’t right on the beach, it’s about as close as you can get. And having the great JB’s right across the street was just the icing on top.Would recommend to anyone and everyone and hope to come back soon!

The check-in process was wonderful. The building manager was spectacular! She answered quickly and met our needs efficiently.The property was beautiful and very clean. Unfortunately, there were just a few too many stairs for our elderly dog. The spiral staircase leading up to the fourth bedroom was very narrow and difficult to maneuver. Ideal for younger children or teenagers.
