This property is super close to the beach! However, the foliage is overgrown, the house is old, uneven floors and hasn’t been updated or repaired in a long while. Be aware that the kitchen has no stove, only a mini fridge. It could be quite charming with a few simple upgrades. Has great potential!

A few details

This apartment was great and well-maintained. However when you get there you will find out that it is actually attached to a larger family home and the walls are a little thin. There were no real issues but this is something to consider if you’re looking for a more private stay. Also the listing says it has a washer and dryer for laundry but it doesn’t. Other than those details, it’s a great place to be able to experience New Smyrna Beach.
