Great location and cute property!

Had some issues at the beginning with AC not working very well and ice maker broken, but the owner and property manager were very responsive, especially with it being a holiday week (4th of July)! I understand things happen, but the speedy response of the owner made it all good!

Quiet townhouse near the beach

Stayed for 3 nights in this 2 story townhome. Close to everything NSB! Clean and comfy! Enjoyed the pool and near by beaches. Plenty of “supplies” if you need a beach towel, chair, umbrellas. Kitchen has all you need and kids enjoyed the Xbox and coffee table games.

Property was great, it has everything you need and more. The condo was very clean and very comfortable and big. It was really beautiful. The lady in the office did not communicate very well, thankfully we got there before 4pm otherwise we didn’t even know what number it was. We had to keep asking her about the cleaning fee because we need to pay We didn’t use the pool for the 1st days because we didn’t have the pool code either at the beginning. The location is great! You can walk to the beach!

Great Enclave!

I cannot say enough good things about the host and this rental home. Across the street from the beach, the 2 story unit is tucked away in a beautiful enclave of tropical Florida foliage, plants, and flowers. The whole property is spotless and very quiet. The unit itself is beautifully furnished and decorated and imminently comfortable. The host checked on us frequently and directed us to great restaurants and beach accesses. The month flew by and we were sad to leave. Highly Recommended Property! Thank You Shane Brode!!!

Fantastic Place!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Bahamian Club! The unit was clean and had everything we needed to make a few meals during our stay. Beach towels, boogie boards and umbrellas were available for our use at the beach. The beach was a short walk, although the regular pathways were still closed due to storm damage the previous year. The check in/out process was easy and Shane was readily available when we had questions. He checked in on us during our stay and offered suggestions on places to dine and just hang out. We would definitely stay again if ever in the NSB area!

the house is nice

The house is VERY nice. All beach access points close to the house are gone. You have to drive at least 1/2 mile to get on the beach. They’re also a hidden cleaning fee hidden in the property details. I got a text saying that I had 3 minutes to get to the office to pay this fee before they closed. I did not see this fee or I wouldnt have gotten this place. VRBO said all fess and taxes were included in the price. The property manager told me that this house is the only one that chargers this seperate fee and they agreed that it wasn't right. They also charge an additional 4% fee if you use any card. Of course I didn't bring my check book and I had to get a money order on my vacation. I was not happy about that.They told me every person that rents this condo complains about this beacause they dont see the fee either. We also never got any call telling us how to get into the condo and absolutley zero clean-up and leaving instructions.

Long Weekend in New Smyrna Beach

This condo was perfect for our weekend away! It was so clean, very well equipped and the layout was perfect for our group. The bedrooms being upstairs allowed the early risers (me) to get their day started while hers slept in a bit. The roof top patio off the bedrooms was an awesome feature that we enjoyed in the evenings. Although this condo is in the quieter area of New Smyrna it is located right next to a great little shopping center that has a small supermarket, gym, three great restaurants, bar, liquor store and an ice cream shop. It about a five minute walk from the condo to the shopping center. That was a HUGE plus! I also have to add that the host was very responsive. I failed to read the check in instructions completely and had a little hiccup upon arrival. Shane immediately responded to my call and I was able to get in to the condo quickly. For so many reasons I would highly recommend this place when you’re visiting New Smyrna.

Nice haven to return to at the end of the day.

The property had seating out side on a patio above the screen room that we enjoyed sitting and enjoying the sunset. Comfortable living room furniture and mattresses. Fully equipped kitchen and laundry room. Very responsive host and property manager on site. Surrounded by trees and shrubs making the condo feel secluded and private.
