Quaint private suite with private entrance. 10 minute drive to beach & famous Flagler Avenue with shopping and restaurants. You could bring your bikes and ride in from our neighborhood to 2 wine-bars and downtown Canal Avenue. Saturday morning farmers market and causeway are super close! We live right around the corner from New Smyrna Beach Golf Course and Tiano’s Italian restaurant.
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a patio and space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Other standard amenities include a washer/dryer, a microwave, and a refrigerator.
