Good, but need to address a few things

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was clean and had easy access to the beach. It’s also relatively close to Daytona and all of the racing activities. The restaurants and grocery store options in New Smyrna were very good. Even though the property has two showers, due to the lack of water pressure/tankless heater, we could only use one shower at a time. The first floor garage is the primary entrance to the building. Unfortunately, the garage gate closes at 5p; hence, the only way to get into the building is via a set of steep stairs. This was not disclosed in the property description and we were not provided a garage opener to be able to gain access after 5p. Last thing, I would highly recommend adding a hair dryer to the unit. Hair dryers are standard features for every other VRBO that we stayed at.

Great condo for a group

Stayed here as a rider at Daytona MotoAmerica and my crew. Super clean, the 3 bedrooms was perfect, and super easy check in and check out process. Would definitely stay again!

Best vacation ever.

The condo is beautiful and worked well for my family of six. The kitchen was a dream to cook in and there was plenty of space to eat and live. There is a walk to the beach, but it was not crowded and the water was beautiful. It was close enough that we were able to go to NASA, paragliding and a dolphin/manatee tour. I would highly recommend.

Great Condo location

Great Condo across the street from Beach access. Very clean. Comfortable beds. Great kitchen well stocked. Corner 5th floor unit with nice view of ocean. Second time we rent and stay here. Will stay again.

Great stay in New Smyrna

My husband and I recently stayed in condo 3501. It was very clean, nicely decorated, and had high end kitchen accessories. We enjoyed our stay very much. The overall community was clean, well manicured and the people were friendly. The negatives were; this condo is far from the beach access. Also, pool number 2 was shut down so renovations could be made to the patio which created a crowded pool number 1. Despite those two negatives, I still rate this condo with five stars.

Nice Property but could have been cleaner

The property is in a great location. When we walked in and sat on the sofa, we immediately noticed dog hair everywhere on our clothing. The sofas were full of dog hair. I'm the master bedroom, there was blood and coffee stains on the dresser. I called the property manager and they immediately sent a housekeeper out to clean the dresser and vacuum the pet hair. I appreciate that and the housekeeper was so nice. I could tell there was pet hair in other parts of the unit because it was on my socks. We all liked the property but it needs to be inspected by a supervisor for complete cleanliness prior to the next family entering.

Strict 18 page RULES

The property was great however... WE have used all vacation websites and never an issue, but an 18 page disclaimer and a 500.00 charge if you leave with more than 6 dirty towels in an 1800 square foot 3 bedroom is ridiculous. I was sent 18 emails in a three week period way overkill as I call email "work". Three voice mails and no response within business hours, the property manager is failing the individual owners. Once again 5 stars for the unit 0 stars for property management.

Great property, well-equipped and clean. This is a slight walk across the property to the beach, so either plan to stay for the dat or bring a beach cart. Overall, enjoy our stay!

Nice Getaway

Everything was as described and very clean. Kitchen extremely well furnished. Parking not at all an issue. A little further from the beach than we are used to but beautiful beach and nice pools.

Overall nice

We enjoyed our stay, overall. We were a little miffed when we received a phone call accusing us of smoking on the property. NONE of us smoke, and in fact two of our party followed someone down in the elevator who had been smoking and voiced their concern, stating they thought this was a non-smoking property. My husband also observed people smoking in the parking garage.

Wonderful and relaxing vacation during Covid

My husband and I took our kids for a get away to this wonderful beach. I cannot day enough about how much we loved it there. It was very low-key and not a lot of people there. We loved the condo- it was big and spacious and I loved having a fully equipped large kitchen that I could cook while there vs going out to dine. We had take-in from a couple of places- one being Manny’s Pizza (this is a must try) which we had by the pool. My only complaint was that the pool closest to our unit was not working due to work being done on it, so we had a good hike down to the other pool. We rented bikes so it made the trips to the pool easier on us too. We have already talked about renting the same unit and going back in a few months because we all loved it so much there. You honestly have pretty much all you would need on a trip available in this condo. The residents living there were so wonderful as well and we will miss seeing their sweet faces each day and chatting by the pool. We love the security guard too at the pool area. Wonderful people and such a relaxing vibe all around in New Smyrna.
