This luxury, 3 bedroom/3 bath condominium unit is located in the heart of New Smyrna Beach, Florida – within a 1-minute walk to all the best restaurants, cafes, beach bars, surf shops and boutiques that Flagler Avenue has to offer.

Security codes are required to access the property, the entryway lobby, and the elevator. These of course will be provided in the welcome email after booking.

From the ground level lobby, step into the elevator and head up to level 1 to gain access to your luxury flat! Across from the elevator, your unit awaits. Unit 102 opens up into an expansive open floor plan featuring the kitchen, dining and living rooms, making this space perfect for large gatherings. The kitchen is newly remodeled with all stainless-steel appliances, includes lots of counter space for preparing meals, and has an island with seating for three. In an alcove off to one side of the kitchen is a pantry area with washer /dryer and a deep wash basin with additional storage for your snacks and groceries.

Moving to the left of the entryway, is a beautiful dining table with seating for six. Just beyond the dining table is the luxurious living area which features a comfy plush sectional and a large smart tv for your enjoyment. This entire area is enveloped in natural light coming from the sliding glass doors which lead out to two separate, ocean-facing balconies, with plenty of seating.

Whether enjoying quality time with friends and family over a meal in the dining area, watching a game on the big screen while relaxing on the plush sectional sofa, or relishing in the ocean breeze on either of the balconies, you will be so pleased that there is so much space for you and your party to gather, relax and unwind, all while being on NSB island time.

When the time comes to retiring for the night, retreat to the expansive bedrooms that offer abundant comfort and space.

The first bedroom is the master suite. It boasts a king bed facing one of the expansive balconies which overlooks the Atlantic Ocean. This room also includes a smart TV for your entertainment, enabling you to stream your favorite shows and movies before settling down for a good night’s sleep. The master suite is further enhanced by a spacious walk-in closet and an exclusive en-suite bathroom. This bathroom features his and her vanity sinks, a sizable freestanding tub, a walk-in shower, and a water closet that discreetly separates the toilet in its own enclosed area.

Bedroom 2 offers a comfortable king bed, a television, and a private ensuite full bathroom, with a convenient shower-tub combination. Additionally, this room boasts its own private balcony facing west, allowing you to relish in the beauty of Florida sunsets.

Bedroom 3 is an expansive room, offering ample space for your comfort and relaxation. It includes a luxurious king bed as well as a twin daybed equipped with a trundle underneath, providing flexible sleeping arrangements. The room also features a television for entertainment, a walk-in closet for storage, and an en-suite full bathroom with a walk-in shower, adding convenience and privacy to your stay.

Please note that each of the bedrooms in this accommodation is accompanied by its own private en-suite bathroom, ensuring exclusive convenience and privacy for each guest. Bedroom 3 is the only bathroom with direct access to the living area as well, which can be locked to limit access to that bedroom only. Additionally, all the bedrooms are equipped with smart TVs, allowing you to enjoy a variety of entertainment options during your stay.

Your booking also includes access to the pool area (heated seasonally) that is shared by the residence of this exclusive community and overlooks the Atlantic Ocean. Note: for your convenience, the door beside the elevator on level 1 leads outside and around directly down to the pool area.

A two-car garage, not side by side, but a tandem style space – one car in front of the other – is also included, with remote control that opens both the garage door as well as the entry gates into the property. (NOTE: this means this property can park up to 2 vehicles only. Both vehicles must park in tandem garage. No oversized vehicles.) You and your party will also have access to additional amenities located inside the garage which include but are not limited to a beach umbrella, boogie boards, pool noodles, plastic beach toys and shovels, and a corn-hole game which we kindly ask that you rinse off prior to storing again after use ensuring its cleanliness for future guests.

Not only is the location of this property conveniently close to the heart of town, but this unit is also perfectly perched along the pristine Silver Sands of New Smyrna, making beach access a breeze from the boardwalk leading directly onto the beach just steps from the property. Note: If you prefer to venture onto the sandy beaches by car, the drive-on beach access is right at Flagler Ave. a mere quarter mile away. Although Flagler is the closest beach ramp for vehicles, there are many drive-on access points scattered from 27th Street to Beachway Ave, making for even more options for you to explore. Additionally, guests partake in golf cart and e-bike rentals to venture by alternative vehicles and keep their cars squeaky clean enclosed within the garage.
