Excellent Location & Large Condo

This condo fit all of our needs and was surprisingly really big- big enough for our 8 adults! It was well stocked, clean and just a couple blocks away from Flagler Ave. The unit overlooks the pool and has great ocean views.

New Smyrna Beach

The condo was clean and nicely furnished and the view of the ocean was wonderful! There were plenty of linens and beach towels. Flagler avenue with shops and dining was a short walk and the area was safe and quiet. We did have a 3-year-old with us and the beach is a driving Beach which I have never experienced before. There was a lot of car activity so we had to be alert. My only disappointment was the sand was so packed down that the little one couldn't really build sandcastles very well and I really like to put my toes in the warm and squishy sand.... But we had a lovely time and the host quickly answered a couple of my questions. If you're heading to Disney traffic pretty much doubles the time you would think that it would. takeskethmind.mindmind.time.questqs

The location is perfect you can walk to shops restaurants and Bars of course the condo was great inside very spacious 3bedrooms 3baths large living room this was our second time renting we will be back Thanks Again The Nowak’s

Brilliant condo - brilliant location!

Plenty of room for a family and the location to the beach and Flagler were excellent! Having 3 bathrooms was helpful as well. A complex with maybe 16-18 units is preferable to one with 50-100!

Spacious but had a few issues

The layout was amazing. Very spacious. Had issues with the keypad lock. The code didn’t work. Called and code was reset and it never worked. The front door was horribly dirty. Dishwasher wheels were broken. Shower curtain and rod in the hallway bathroom kept falling. The sliding door curtain in master room looks like it had mold on the backside. The pool and hot tub were dirty the entire stay, never seen anyone out cleaning it. These are minor issue. We enjoyed our time and the location was amazing.

Great property

This 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo was perfect for 4 adults and 2 children. It was spacious with a well equipped kitchen. There was a large dining room table and a lovely space on the patio for sipping coffee each morning. Right on the beach with a great view. Walkable to the cute town of New Smyrna. Lovely pool that the kids were in every day. Easy to contact the manager. Would def stay there again.

Beach and Close to Activities

Had a great stay. Unit is larger than it seems in the pictures. Chose this condo based on ocean views and 5 minute walk to Flagler Ave. Very comfortable and quiet. Would stay again!

Great Stay—Reasonable Price

Our family was very comfortable in this spacious and well maintained condo. We had easy access to all the amenities and great views and access to the ocean. Easy walk to Flagler Ave, main Street on beachside.

Much bigger than expected. Great location

Overall the condo was fantastic. It is much larger than it appears in the pictures. The location is perfect. Just a short walk to Flagler Ave but far enough away that beach was not crowded. There are beach chairs in the condo although they weren’t in the laundry room as pictured. We had to search for them but not a big deal. Should we come back to New Smyrna this condo will be our 1st choice! We had 2 minor issues. 1- the remote for the gate to the garage didn’t work. The manager sent someone quickly with new batteries but that didn’t fix it. I’m sure that will be resolved by the time this is posted. We were able to park out front in guest parking so not a big deal. 2 - the dishwasher has seen much better days. It is missing wheels in the bottom rack and some are broken. Also it doesn’t work well. Just be sure to rinse all food off of dishes before putting them in and you’ll be fine.
