Need to get away for some sun and relaxation? This spacious 1-bedroom 1-bath corner unit has plenty of room for the entire family and is perfect to come back to after a fun day in the water. This 5th-floor unit has a private balcony, where you can enjoy a view of the ocean and pool from the living area or relax while watching the sunset over the ocean from the bedroom slider. This corner unit is the closest to the ocean with a direct ocean and pool view on the fifth floor. Fully furnished and equipped so you will love your time here. As you enter the condo you are greeted by a large open living space furnished with enough seating to accommodate all guests. Sliders off the living room lead to the balcony which is perfect for relaxing and enjoying a view of the ocean.

This well-stocked kitchen has everything you'll need for cooking and baking with lots of counter space. The large dining table has seating for up to 6 guests and allows for plenty of space to enjoy meals with family and friends. The spacious bedroom features 2 queen-sized beds, a smart TV, a cushioned chair for reading or ocean-viewing, a closet, and sliders to the private balcony. The full bath is adjacent to the bedroom. WiFi, Cable TV, towels, and linens are supplied. Don’t Go

We knew that the property was not updated, but The furniture probably has not been cleaned in years. The laundry was nowhere to be found, there was very loud annoying construction going on and the pool was full of sand on the bottom. There must have been mold somewhere, because I started coughing immediately. Unfortunately, we were going to extend our stay one day so that I could rest and perhaps feel better in another day, but no one answered the phone at Ocean Properties so that I could arrange it. Finally someone answered and put me on hold for more than 10 minutes. I finally called back and the same person answered and tod me that she was an answering service. I asked her why if she was an answering service why was I put on hold for 10 minutes and her reply was “I don’t know why”. She then told me that Ocean Properties did not open until 9:00am when clearly our paperwork said 8:30. So we hurried up and packed up and went to check out at Ocean Properties, where they told us that indeed they were open at 8:30, but obviously someone didn’t switch the phones back on! Who knows!!! This is a hard NO for us in the future.
