Condo was not very clean

The property overall was very nice and a great location on the no drive section of the beach. The condo we stayed in was 509 and it was advertised as not pets allowed. The owners of 509 do have dogs and there was hair all over the condo. We cleaned and vacuumed the whole condo and wiped down the surfaces. I sent the manager a email not expecting an answer until tomorrow but Cate replied back to me very quickly and refunded some of the cleaning fee and sent a cleaning crew up the next day. After that the only other problem was the dumpster. The Garbage chute is about 10 feet from the front door and one night it smelled pretty bad. the next day the smell was still there but it wasn't as strong. The upside is it was a very quite stay and no parties went on and it was a very family friendly stay.
