This is a wonderful large home that worked so well for our family vacation. It is right across the street from the beach. The younger members of our family loved the pool also!! The host thought of everything from the beach wagon and chairs to the pool toys and towels. The kitchen was well equipped and there was plenty of seating for those family meals or playing games. A

Great stay!

Six adults and two kids stayed here, and all of us enjoyed the home, the pool, and the neighborhood. It’s very close to the beach, and there was plenty of beach equipment available. The kitchen was well-stocked, and everything was very clean.

Nice but a little tired with repair needed

Property manager very available for communication. Wonderful stay with a couple of concerns. Ants around some floorboards (master bathroom), pocket door in master bathroom not functioning at all. Called to report the pocket door, seemed to have already been known, but not repaired prior to our stay.

Family vacation

House was beautiful! Was kind of disappointed that all the rooms didn't have TVs. When using the dishes buried in between all the plates were multiple plates that were never cleaned and just put back into the cabinet.

Thanksgiving getaway 2024

Everything was great, only issue we had, which was not the Host’s problem, was drivers obeying the cross walk signals. They normally wouldn’t stop even though the sign was flashing for them to allow pedestrians to cross. City of NSB needs to put red lights or larger lights to make it more visible for drivers to see!! House was awesome!! We had a great time on the beach, in the heated pool & spa too!!

The perfect find for our family!

This property was incredible! The in law suite was the perfect retreat for my parents later in the evening. The main house had a spacious, open-concept main living space with a huge tv we could morning shows with coffee or an evening nightcap. All 4 bedrooms were great! We had a crib, a high chair, and everything else one could want for extended family! The pool was perfect! They even had extras—toys and stuff to play with for the beach and pool. There was a flat top cooktop outside and a charcoal grill. The indoor table was large and beautiful. The outdoor one was these—and outside was lit up at night so we could have great laughs and conversation. We LOVED our stay! And the hosts were incredibly responsive and accommodating! Thank you!!!

Very close to the Beach!

This property was not quite what we expected because of the location. This was not due to any misrepresentation on the part of the owner. It is absolutely a 2 minute walk to the beach (and just a few minutes more to a playground and hiking trails and an ice cream/taco place, as well as a short drive to a Publix and CVS and more!). However, it is on a very busy road. We live in a rural place and the traffic noise was hard to get used to (it was not super noisy at night though). With that being said, the pool and hot tub were great, and easy to operate (unlike several other houses we have rented).

Birthday get away

This was a big birthday year for me and I wanted something cozy. This house was everything I wanted location was perfect. I had been asking for early check in since our flight was going to early AM. The host made that happen everything was in walking distance as described. My mother, Aunt and cousins came down and had a ball. I highly recommend this property. Great house and location

This house was perfect for our family of 8 adults and 4 children. The house was extremely clean and well appointed. We all enjoyed the pool and spa and short walk to the beach. We would stay again with hesitation.

Great family trip home

This house was absolutely perfect for our family it has a great pool in the center of the household with a hot tub. Its bedroom arrangement was perfect for kids and adults. We were so close to the beach and renting the golf carts added a dynamic of fun we don't get in NJ! Highly recommend I wish my own house had this set up. Oh yeah and two washers and dryers so end of trip time was fast and efficient. The house come with sand toys and beach chairs umbrellas as well as toddler floaties for which aren't easy to pack when flying! Would love to come back!

Beautiful home

Beautiful home with a wonderful layout. This property had everything we could have asked for including a wagon-like cart to carry chairs, games, towels, etc to go down to the beach. Pool area was perfect. Rooms were spacious and clean. All and all, we had a great time, and we would definitely consider going back.

Best Vacation Ever

Great house with an awesome location

The pool and hot hub were great. The location was very close (5 to 10 minute) to restaurants. The beach access was was a short walk across the road. We did have a minor issue. The communication and resolution was quick.

A excellent stay for large groups

We had 12 guests, from ages 2-74. The house, amenities and location were all great. The beach was a very short walk from the house and you can be in Daytona or Cape Coral in less than 30 minutes. We did have a couple of small issues but the property management team was very professional and responsive in getting the issues resolved. Over all it was an amazing stay, we highly recommend this property and absolutely would book again!
