This lovely 3 bedroom 2.5 bath townhouse is located in a golfing community. The spacious living area has plenty of seating for entertaining or relaxing. There's a large flat-screen TV and a beautiful view of the pond and golf course. The fully updated kitchen has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Dining area seats 4 with additional seating for 4 at the kitchen counter. The downstairs master bedroom has a king-sized bed with a view of the golf course. The Master bath has a walk-in shower and Jacuzzi tub. 1/2 bath for guests, Both guest rooms are upstairs one with a queen and the other with 2 twins. The guest bath has a tub/shower. Full-sized washer and dryer in the laundry room. Community pool.
