Updated condo right next to pool and path to beach

Nicely updated. Best stocked condo I’ve even stayed in. Even zip lock bags, a filtered water pitcher in the fridge and anything else you would have at home. Location is great next to the pool and easy access to the beach. The provided beach towels were white towels for the bathroom so I was leary about using them at the beach. The only real con- the a/c will not cool below 75. One night it got down to 74 after about 12 hrs but other than that it stayed at 75-76. I would definitely return to this condo if there was confirmation of that being resolved.

Clean, comfortable space with everything you need! Steps from a beautiful, long beach for walking or watching the sunset. Cute patio area to have coffee and steps from pool (which was clean and lovely!). Super close to town/shops etc. A great long weekend!

Cozy spot

The place is compact, perfect for two people, The updatesthey made to the interior are all top notch. The pool is very nice and right outside the sliding doors. It even has a washer and dryer.We had a very nice stay.

Problem

Property was very nice until there was a water leak in the bathroom that smelled like sewer. Plumber was sent after first call to maintenance, but 2 days later the same problem occurred. Spoke to Tom in maintenance the day before we checked out, he said he would let me know if problem was taken care of. Have not heard a word from him, and found out renters moved in same day we left. I feel we should have some compensation for the inconvenience.

Super nice and clean condo.

Stocked with all you need to get going. The only problem I have is keeping air at 75. No way would I rent this in the hot summer months with such a requirement. I had to keep going to sit under a fan trying to get ready in January and no way would I do this in July! Not comfortable sleeping either. Perhaps it is time for a new a/c unit.

Excellent location and Beautiful Condo

We recently returned home from our stay in this condo located in New Smyrna Beach. The location was perfect, being directly on the beach. The staff was friendly and accommodating at the Colony 19 Beach Club. The condo was beautiful with updated appliances and furniture, extremely clean and very peaceful. We will certainly return in the furture!

Getaway in new symurna

Stayed there twice. Love location and has everything needed for stay. We love access to birding and nature, good restaurants, and right on the beach for morning walks. Got to see rocket launch from our beach!

Great Condo and Location!

We enjoyed our stay in this cute condo! The location is hard to beat. We loved being on the non-drive side of the beach. The condo had everything we needed, and it was convenient to be on the first floor. The condo was clean, we had everything we needed, all of the beach gear, toys, and even a washer and dryer. New Smyrna Beach is a hidden gem and I hope it states this way.

Relaxing time

The property was clean and inviting. We were able to relax and have a good time. Great access to the pool and the beach. Close to shops and amazing restaurants. I would definately stay here again.

Lovely condo, great location.

Lovely condo, great community feel, very friendly atmosphere. Kitchen was well equipped, and we needed it as unfortunately we arrived just as the Corona virus started to result in restaurant and business closures. Fortunately this condo was like home away from home, there was plenty to do, games, TVs, dvd and games. However, all we had to do was open our patio door and voila, there was the pool. Turn to your right and steps away are the steps (unfortunately the stairs were under repair) to the amazing, non drive beach. Walking this beach is easy, it’s flat and wide. Even in this uncertain time, we felt safe, condo was welcoming and the beach our therapy. We will be back.

4th of July Vacation

This rental property provided the ideal vacation spot for our week at New Smyrna Beach. The condo is beautiful and makes great use of space. The owners have thought of every detail and comfort. You are right outside the pool and a short walk to the ocean. The property is well maintained and staff was very friendly. We were very impressed with the ease in booking the property and the communication with the owner. We will definitely be back to rent this property again!

Great Vacation
