The property is nice we called it “room in a sandbox”. That being said the property needs some repairs shower drips constantly, facet at sink leaks around the base & the toilet leaked at the base. The bathroom is in need of some serious repair. The write-up states basic essential which included a coffee pot which I found with grounds and mold in the drip aspect; there weren’t any cups, glasses, or utensils. The bed was very comfortable. We won’t be staying in this property again.

The room was not ready for us, still had trash on floor, and items from past occupants on bed. The bed comforter had blood on it, and beds very uncomfortable. The shower head leaked constantly. There was not any toilet paper except half roll left for us. If you stay her you must bring everything you plan to need, because there wasn’t anything provided. However, host returned my texts, right away and did what she could. The room is in great proximity to beach and restaurant's. Pool area was nice.

Absolutely nothing like the pictures. Visible signs of black mold through out the unit. Dirty sheets with hair! Rust every where on all the furniture outside. They sprayed one morning in our room for cockroaches, without our knowledge. The grills were filthy. Total dump!! Beware

We stayed here 1 night. It was just a girls night after all day at the beach. It was fine for that. The room is very small. Overwhelming smell of bleach when we entered. There was hair frozen to the back of the refrigerator wall, and someone elses receipt for a golf cart rental was left by the cleaners. This had that persons name and DL# on it. Just left on the dresser after cleaning. Beds we comfy and clean. It was ok for a night.

Nice place to stay. The room is by the pool, so if you want to take a nap in the afternoon, you will hear kids playing. Sheets were a little stiff, but everything was clean. Everything else was good. Would spend the night again.

Older building but unit was clean. Coffee pot provided but no cups or coffee. There wasn't even a plastic cup for water. Bring your own soap for the shower since none was provided. Parking is a bit of an issue. Lot in front of building is small but there is a lot across the street for your use. Get in early since that gets full too!! We only slept there so can't comment on pool or beach.
