Located on the "no drive" section of New Smyrna Beach, you'll enjoy easy beach access to some of the clearest water and best surf on Florida's Atlantic coast. Condo features a king size bed in master bedroom, single pullout chair bed, twin bed in bonus room, plus pull out sleep sofa in living room for accommodations of up to six people. Wireless internet and Premier Cable TV with phone is provided.

Very pleased with this property. Very clean and just the right size for the 2 of us. It had every thing we need for the stay including wonderful weather. Everyone we met were friendly.
