Located on Oyster Bay with direct access to open water, this property features a private dock perfect for tying up your boat, casting a line, or simply enjoying the sunset. Bring your own boat or launch from the on-site boat ramp, and you’ll be cruising in no time. Prefer to keep it simple? Grab one of the two kayaks and explore the scenic shoreline at your own pace.



Green Key Beach can easily be walked or biked to. Near Sims Park, Downtown New Port Richey Main Street with shops and restaurants.

Beware of low tides if you are bringing a boat. Plan to return at least 2-3 hours before lowest tide point. Also the lawn has a low spot right in front of the ramp that gets soft after the rain (perfectly fine to drive when dry). Make sure you have 4wd or winch in case you get stuck with a boat.
