PUBLIC boat ramps located at Nick's Park - Cotee Boat Ramp, 7929 Bayview St, Port Richey, FL 34668. Other local launch sites along Ancolote River Park, County Rd 595A & Seminole ST., Holiday, FL and at Windsong Rentals located just outside the community - call to confirm allowing ramp access.



Pools may not warm fast in very cold weather!



Home allows NON-aggressive breed pets ONLY upon approval and with an additional pet fee. MUST be pre-approved and added onto Rental Agreement.



MUST PICK UP DOG WASTE IN YARD OR SECURITY DEPOSIT WILL BE RETAINED



International Credit Card Fees If Charged Will be deducted + a $15 Admin Fee from the amount returned of the Security Deposit.

If I had to say anything negative it would be that there wasn’t even bath towels and rags for the 7 of us which is not really an issue. The house was super nice and well cleaned. I loved having a washer and dryer in the house. The best part was having a private swimming pool. I would 1000% recommend
